As founder and CEO of Signifi Solutions, Shamira Jaffer has pushed the boundaries of the Automated Retail industry. Her vision is to engineer and integrate robotics and enterprise software to create solutions that improve efficiency for both customers and staff. She is a hands-on, engaging leader and with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and international business outlook in her DNA. These influences are at the core of Shamira’s drive as a successful innovator as evident in the profitable organizations she has built through the years. It is worth noting that Signifi Solutions is the first woman-led business to be fully vetted for a minority growth equity investment by Graham Partners.



David Dickson


His background of performance management spans 14 years with industry titans such as Coca-Cola, McDonald’s and Pepsi and produced an in-depth understanding of corporate, retail and B2B environments. From empirical analysis through insightful strategy and smart implementation to revenue building and cost management, David’s influence and leadership make an integral impact on Signifi’s success.



Joey Fleming

VP, Product Development

Joey's career started building complex call centres and digital signage solutions. As a key partner at Signifi, Joey manages the team that designs and builds Signifi’s enterprise platform. His deep understanding of software architecture, hardware integrations, enterprise solutions and low-level software allows Signifi to innovate and create solutions that keep Signifi’s software solutions at the forefront of the industry.


Razvan Anghelidi

Director of IT

Razvan’s IT career spans two decades and two continents.
Upon completing his BSc in Romania, he undertook progressively challenging assignments in software development, systems programming and network administration. After moving to Canada, he led a team of internal and outsourced QA specialists at a system integrator and software development company. Razvan has been a significant force with Signifi working closely with the Sales and Development teams as a Business Analyst, then leading the software QA team, and now supervises the QA, deployment and customer service teams.


Michael Harrison

VP, Strategic Accounts

Michael Harrison is Vice President of Strategic Accounts at Signifi Solutions Inc. Offering a diverse IT background along with multiple Industry leading certifications such as MCSA, CompTIA A+, Six Sigma Green Belt, PMP and 18 years of hands-on corporate IT experience. These credentials, accompanied by a professional military-backed work ethic, strong attention to detail, and an ability to produce top-quality results in deadline-driven environments, help support Signifi clients in implementing automation solutions that can transform areas of their business.

VP Strategy and Sales

Ian has been a pioneer for over 20 years in incubating and deploying disruptive technology solutions to transform industries and capture emerging growth opportunities. He is recognized by clients, partners and C-level executives as a trusted advisor who thinks outside the box, inspires people and brings a unique and energetic perspective to the market. With commercialization, operational and innovation experience across all aspects of the business cycle from IBM to Start-ups, Ian brings a unique understanding of the way business, technology and industry are best joined to enact change and deliver accelerated results. As the Chief Growth Officer, Ian’s leadership is integral to executing and sustaining Signifi’s hypergrowth strategy on a global basis.
